Reactivate My Tango Account

My Tango account has been suddenly suspended without any prior notice or clear explanation, and I would like this situation to be reviewed and my account reactivated. While using my Tango account normally, I was unexpectedly logged out and, when I tried to log in again, I saw a message stating that my account had been suspended due to a “violation”. I was not informed in advance by email, notification or any other means, and I was not told specifically which rule I allegedly violated. I believe that I have used Tango within normal and lawful limits and I do not knowingly violate any of your platform rules. The vague “violation” statement, without any detailed reason, leaves me both uninformed and unable to defend myself or correct any possible misunderstanding. This situation negatively affects my communication and use of the service, and it is very upsetting that a suspension decision has been taken so abruptly. I kindly request that my account be examined in detail, that I be informed clearly and specifically about the exact reason for the suspension, and that my account be reactivated if there is no concrete and justified violation. If there has been a mistake, I also request that this be corrected as soon as possible.
