BDG Paytm UPI Deposit Not Credited to Account Balance

I have an account on the BDG platform with the user ID 1081***. On 23 October I deposited 15,000 rupees through Paytm UPI, and the transaction was completed successfully. The Paytm payment was made from Hemant K*** C*** to Pandurang B*** P***, and my deposit order number on the platform is RC20261023140547291015136a. Although the payment was debited from my Paytm account and shows as successful, the 15,000 rupees have not been credited to my BDG account balance. I waited after the transaction, but my balance still did not change and I did not receive any helpful support regarding this issue. I request that my 15,000 rupees deposit be immediately added to my BDG account balance corresponding to user ID 1081***, or that you clearly explain and resolve the reason why the amount has not been credited.
