Airbnb Overcharged My Credit Card—Demanding a Refund for the Difference

We booked an Airbnb for 4 people for 2 days, and the agreed payment amount was 19,529.19 ₺. The charge and invoice reflected this amount, and I confirmed it. However, upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed that the amount charged was 20,306.32 ₺. When I contacted Airbnb via live chat, they insisted that they charged the correct amount of 19,529.19 ₺ and advised me to reach out to my bank. My bank, on the other hand, confirmed that Airbnb had overcharged me and suggested filing a complaint if they don’t issue a refund. I contacted Airbnb again to request a refund of the 777.13 ₺ difference, but they refused. I am demanding a full refund of the overcharged amount, or I will proceed with filing a legal complaint. This discrepancy needs to be resolved immediately, and I expect the refund to be processed promptly.
