My bank, on the other hand, confirmed that Airbnb had overcharged me and suggested filing a complaint if they don’t issue a refund. I contacted Airbnb again to request a refund of the 777.13 ₺ difference, but they refused. I am demanding a full refund of the overcharged amount, or I will proceed with filing a legal complaint. This discrepancy needs to be resolved immediately, and I expect the refund to be processed promptly.
