The host initially approved the reservation but later told me that they had not actually confirmed it and refused to allow us to stay. Even though I pointed out that the payment had already been deducted, the host assured me that the amount would be refunded. However, despite these assurances, the full fee of ₺2,777.71 was charged to my credit card, and no refund has been issued since then. My reservation number is HMNMA9M3TP. I attempted to reach Airbnb customer service, but I received no real assistance and my problem remains unresolved. I am requesting the immediate refund of ₺2,777.71, as it is completely unacceptable to be charged for a booking that I did not use and was not even permitted to check into.
