Airalo eSIM Could Not Be Activated Before My Egypt Trip

I purchased an eSIM through Airalo to use during my trip to Egypt, but I was never able to successfully activate the eSIM. Because of this issue, I requested a refund. However, according to your system policies, the refund was transferred only to my “Air Money” balance instead of being returned directly to my bank account. Since I was never able to actively use the eSIM service at all, I want this refund to be returned directly to my bank account rather than being held as Air Money credit.

After this experience, I was forced to purchase another eSIM package, but this time I started experiencing serious account access problems. I can no longer log into my account using the “forgot password” option, and no password reset emails are being delivered to my o***********@gmail.com address. As a result, I am currently unable to use either the previous refund balance or the new eSIM service I purchased.

In an effort to resolve the issue, starting from March 23 I spent approximately three hours repeatedly trying to contact your WhatsApp support line, yet I received absolutely no response. I am traveling to Egypt tomorrow, and I specifically purchased this line to use during that trip. At the moment, I am dealing with connection problems even while still in Türkiye, and because the eSIM I planned to rely on for tomorrow’s travel still cannot be activated, my trip is now at serious risk.

I request that the approximately $53 I paid be removed from my Air Money balance and refunded directly to my bank account, that my account access issue be resolved urgently, and that the eSIM I purchased be made fully functional so I can use it without problems. I also expect my financial loss, wasted time, and overall inconvenience to be taken seriously and that I receive a prompt response regarding this matter.
