On October 22, I purchased an Airalo Europe Regional eSIM with 10GB of data for 30 days, priced at $37 USD (after applying a $3 discount code, I paid $34 USD). However, upon arriving in Germany, I followed all setup instructions carefully, yet the eSIM does not connect to any network.
This issue is extremely frustrating, as I bought the eSIM specifically for my trip, and I am returning to Turkey in a few days. I have now paid for a service I cannot use, which is completely unacceptable.
I am requesting an immediate refund to my card, as I was unable to access any data despite properly installing and activating the eSIM. Airalo must take responsibility for providing a functional service or issue a full refund. I expect a swift resolution to this problem.
