I Bought an eSIM from Airalo but It Didn’t Work and I Can’t Get Any Support

I recently purchased an eSIM through the Airalo mobile app and carefully followed all the instructions provided. Despite doing everything exactly as directed, I was never able to get the line to work. I spent an entire week trying multiple times to activate it, but nothing worked.
What makes the situation even worse is that there is no reachable support team or any proper contact method for resolving issues. This has caused me not only a major waste of time but also financial loss.
Not being able to use the service I paid for and receiving absolutely no assistance is extremely disappointing. The app completely fails to deliver on its promises and leaves users stranded without help.
I am demanding a full refund for the service that was never delivered and expect my complaint to be taken seriously. Airalo must address this situation immediately and properly compensate affected users.
