I Bought Airalo Turkey eSIM 3GB Plan but It Never Activated
I purchased the Airalo Turkey eSIM 3GB 30-day package for €6.16, but the eSIM has never worked. Despite carefully following all installation instructions, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the eSIM profile multiple times, it still refuses to activate. I even attempted troubleshooting on my own, but the problem persists, leaving me without the service I paid for.
To make matters worse, I cannot access Airalo’s app or official website. Every time I try to reach customer support or live chat, the system is either down or unresponsive. As a result, I have been left with no way to contact the company directly to resolve this issue.
I have proof of payment, and this has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It is unacceptable to pay for a product that does not function at all and to be left without any support or solution.
I am requesting a full refund for the €6.16 I paid. Airalo must resolve this issue immediately and ensure that customers who face such technical failures can receive proper assistance without being ignored.
