Hello. My spouse and I have used Airalo before, but this time we are extremely disappointed. We purchased Airalo eSIMs for our trip to France and despite trying everything, we couldn’t get them to work at all. We followed every instruction carefully and spent hours troubleshooting, yet the internet connection never activated.

Thinking it might be a payment issue, we made a second purchase just in case. In total, we’ve paid for three separate eSIM plans between the two of us, and none of them worked. This is unacceptable. We are traveling and relying on internet access, and Airalo completely failed us at a critical time.

We demand an urgent resolution or a full refund for all three payments. Please stop ignoring this and take responsibility.
