I Paid for Airalo eSIM But Can’t Activate or Reach Customer Support

On July 16, I purchased an eSIM from Airalo, but I have been completely unable to activate it. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the eSIM has never connected to any network. I’ve used Airalo many times before without issues, so I trusted the service. However, this time has been entirely different.
No matter how many times I try, I cannot get the eSIM to activate. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but the problem seems to lie with the activation system itself. Even worse, I cannot reach customer service at all. The support page appears blocked, and every attempt to get help ends in frustration.
I feel stuck with a product I paid for but can’t use, and with no assistance available. I’m requesting either immediate activation support or a full refund. This level of inaccessibility from a digital service provider is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
