Missed Connecting Flight and Poor Customer Support with Air Serbia
I've got a flight reservation with Air Serbia for July 12, 2023, from Belgrade to Skopje. The flight that was supposed to leave at 1:25 PM actually left between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM, which made me miss my next flight to Izmir at 3:25 PM. Even though I explained what happened at the Skopje airport, Air Serbia refused to take responsibility. I sent several emails to Air Serbia, but they didn't respond, which put me in a really bad situation. I had to buy a new ticket because I missed my flight. We need to resolve this issue right away.
