Lost Luggage Nightmare with Air Serbia
My flight with Air Serbia took me from Tivat to Istanbul on July 16th, with a layover in Belgrade. However, the trip was not without incident, as our luggage was misplaced during the process. It's been 8 days since then, and there has been no call, update, or solution. We are left waiting, along with hundreds of other passengers, hoping that our bags will be found. Inside the misplaced luggage are important items such as medications, valuables, and even our house keys. The frustrating part is that Air Serbia does not have a presence in Turkey, so everything is handled by Celebi. The situation is exacerbated by the lack of direct communication. I begged for the immediate recovery and delivery of our misplaced suitcase. The anxiety and inconvenience caused by this ordeal are indescribable, and I hope Air Serbia takes prompt action to resolve this issue.
