I Face Lost Luggage And No Support On Air Serbia Flight To Podgorica
On August 9, 2025, I flew with Air Serbia from Istanbul Airport at 04:20, connecting through Belgrade to Montenegro. When I arrived at Podgorica Airport, I discovered that my suitcase was missing. I immediately reported the issue to the airport staff and was only asked to fill out a form (File Reference: TGDJU30347, Tag Number: JU895068) before being sent off to my hotel. No phone number or proper contact details were provided for follow-up.
Two full days have passed since the incident, and I have still not received any updates about my luggage. During this time, I was forced to spend €110 on urgent necessities. My suitcase contained valuable handbags and other important personal belongings, making this loss both financially and emotionally distressing. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no response or support from Air Serbia’s customer service.
I demand that my luggage be located and delivered to me immediately. Furthermore, I expect compensation for the financial losses I incurred and for the severe inconvenience caused. Air Serbia must take responsibility and resolve this issue without further delay.
