Air Serbia Damaged My Luggage on Flight to Berlin and Refuses Responsibility



I am filing a complaint regarding my damaged luggage following my Air Serbia flight from Ankara to Berlin with a layover in Serbia on August 29, 2024. Upon leaving the terminal, I noticed the damage and reported it to the staff, who helped us file a report. However, later we received an email stating that Air Serbia does not take responsibility for such issues. I find this unacceptable, as my luggage was damaged during the flight. I demand that Air Serbia take responsibility and provide compensation for the damage. Ignoring customer issues like this is not acceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.
