Our Air Serbia flight scheduled to depart from Ankara at 04:10 on September 20, 2025, was unilaterally moved to September 19, 2025, according to an email we received from Air Serbia. However, no change was shown on the Ucuzabilet.com website. When we contacted Ucuzabilet.com customer service, they told us that we had the right to a refund or a change, but even though the September 20 flight still appeared in the system, we couldn’t make any changes because there were no available seats. As a result, we had to cancel our tickets.
Due to this change, we had to cancel the tickets we purchased for about $520 for four people and buy new tickets from another airline for the same date at a cost of about $1,300. I request compensation for this issue and reimbursement of the price difference we were forced to pay.
