Air India Flight Was Uncomfortable With Poor Boarding Process

My Air India experience was absolutely unsatisfactory and something I would not advise anyone. The airplane on the Mumbai to New York route felt absolutely antiquated and archaic, which made me doubt its fit for such a long distance. The whole ride was uncomfortable because of the badly kept interior, which included ripped cloth and broken seat recliners. With most screens either locked or nonresponsive, the in-flight entertainment system hardly worked. To exacerbate the situation, the boarding process was disorganised and service members appeared unprepared to manage simple tasks as baggage distribution and seating. Although the food was good and the cabin crew was friendly, it did not really offset the whole experience. To satisfy even minimum international criteria, Air India has to make quick changes.
