Air India Canceled My London to Bangalore Flight and Has Not Refunded Me Yet
From London to Bangalore, I scheduled a flight with Air India, but it became a whole disaster. First, the flight was delayed; we waited for hours before learning it was delayed once more the following day. It was finally canceled completely, leaving me without another means of transportation. My months-long plans were totally destroyed, and I missed a significant family function. To exacerbate things, their customer service has been poor throughout through this process. I have not gotten a full refund for the ticket even after several inquiries over more than a month. This encounter has been nothing less than shambolic, devoid of regard for travellers or respect for correct policies and laws.
