Air Arabia Luggage Damage Compensation Request

While on my flight from Istanbul to Dubai with Air Arabia, unfortunately, one of the wheels on my luggage broke. During the Dubai-Istanbul return flight, there was also damage to the other wheel. Even after going through the proper channels and making multiple attempts to reach out, I did not receive any response. It appears that they are avoiding facing reality and hoping that issues will miraculously disappear.
