Here are practical and important steps you should take without delay:

Report the damage immediately at the arrival airport
Go to the Lost & Found / Baggage Claim desk of Air Arabia. The staff must issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) — this is an official damage report. Without a PIR, compensation is usually not possible.

Take photos of the damage
Take clear, detailed photos of the suitcase and the damage as you received it, as well as photos of the baggage tag with the reference number.

Keep all documents
You will need:

a copy of the PIR,

your boarding pass,

the baggage tag,

photos of the damage,

the purchase receipt for the suitcase (if available).

Send an official claim to Air Arabia
Email [email protected], attach all evidence, and request compensation.
Include:

the flight date and route,

a description of the damage,

the PIR reference number,

the compensation amount you are requesting (based on the value of the damaged item).

Claim submission deadline
Under international aviation rules, a damaged baggage claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your baggage.

If Air Arabia refuses to accept responsibility
Describe your case on Xolvie. This can help draw attention to the issue, increase your chances of compensation, and warn other passengers about similar situations.
