Air Arabia Damaged My Luggage and Ignored All My Complaints




I have been trying to reach Air Arabia’s customer service for a month with no success. I emailed them multiple times about my damaged luggage, but I never received a response. My suitcase was severely damaged—its wheel was broken, and the exterior was scratched everywhere.
At the airport, no one assisted me, and I was left stranded and embarrassed. When I returned to Turkey, I visited their office at the airport, but they were equally unhelpful. They mentioned filing a report, but in Bangkok, the staff simply gave me a phone number instead of addressing my issue. Calling the number leads nowhere, and there’s no Turkish call center support.
I demand immediate compensation for my damaged luggage and a proper response to my complaints. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for an airline.
