Agoda Canceled My Confirmed Reservation Without Notice
On March 14, I made a fully paid reservation through Agoda for a stay at Villa Kırkpınar from March 29 to March 31. The total amount of ₺6257.75 was charged to my card, and my reservation was confirmed as shown in the attached documents. However, today, when I called the property, I was shocked to learn that Agoda had canceled my booking without my knowledge or consent.
I specifically chose Villa Kırkpınar based on Agoda’s promotional recommendation, and I planned this trip with two families, arranging two rental cars. My brother, who works in the defense industry, adjusted his work schedule for this trip. Now, not only has my reservation been canceled without my approval, but I am also unable to get refunds for the car rentals or other expenses.
This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. I demand that Agoda immediately reactivate my reservation. If this is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and expose this issue across social media platforms. Additionally, Agoda provides no direct customer support, making it impossible to reach anyone for help.
