Agoda Misleading Hotel Info Cost Me My Stay – Refund Still Not Issued
Due to incorrect information listed on Agoda’s site, I couldn’t stay at the hotel I booked. The hotel informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund and that Agoda is responsible for processing it. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such an issue—previously, I lost $100 due to a similar description error on Agoda, and now the same problem is happening again.
I’ve tried contacting Agoda customer service multiple times, but there’s no resolution or meaningful response. This lack of accountability is frustrating and unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund for this booking issue. If Agoda fails to address this, I will escalate the matter legally. Fix your misleading listings and improve your customer support.
