Agoda Incorrectly Entered Child Ages, Hotel Demanded Extra Payment
I made an advance hotel reservation through Agoda and clearly entered my children's ages during the booking process. However, when I called the hotel to confirm the reservation, they informed me that the children's ages were recorded as zero, which was incorrect. As a result, the hotel demanded an additional payment.
I contacted the hotel to explain that this error was not mine, but they directed me to resolve the issue with Agoda. This situation is incredibly frustrating since I provided accurate information when booking, and now I’m being unfairly charged.
Agoda, I expect you to fix this mistake immediately and ensure the hotel honors the reservation as booked. Your lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I demand a prompt resolution.
