I Selected the Right Bed on Agoda but the Hotel Got Wrong Info and Won’t Help

I booked a hotel through Agoda, carefully selecting the correct bed type during the reservation process. However, after completing the booking, I noticed that the bed type listed was wrong. I immediately contacted the hotel to correct it, but they told me the reservation details came directly from Agoda, and they couldn’t change anything.

Fortunately, I took a screenshot while booking that clearly shows I selected the right bed option. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either—the same issue occurred last summer, when the bed type I selected was incorrectly transmitted, and I ended up with an uncomfortable stay.

Now, the hotel refuses to help, and once again, Agoda is unreachable. There’s no proper support, no way to submit evidence, and no live communication available.

Agoda, this is your error, and I have proof. I demand you step in immediately, correct the reservation with the hotel, or offer an alternative solution. You can’t keep taking customers’ money and then vanish when there’s a problem.
