Agoda Charged Me 3 Times for Same Hotel Booking Due to System Error

Because Agoda didn't confirm my reservation immediately, I accidentally booked the same hotel, for the same dates, three separate times! Each time, I thought the previous booking hadn’t gone through, so I kept trying. Now, unbelievably, Agoda refuses to refund any of these bookings—even though I canceled them immediately. It's outrageous that Agoda’s system failure forces customers into multiple bookings, yet they offer no refunds or proper support to correct their mistake.

This has been a terrible customer experience—charging me multiple times for the exact same booking date, same hotel, and same person! Agoda, stop this nonsense immediately and refund my money. Fix your broken reservation system and stop punishing customers for your own technical issues. I demand immediate action and my ₺ back!
