Agoda Charged Me but Didn’t Provide an Invoice

I booked a hotel room through Agoda, paid in full, yet never received an invoice. When I reached out, I was told that Agoda has no customer support in Turkey, which is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, when booking, Agoda offered specific room options, such as a 20m² upper-floor room, which I selected and paid for. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that Agoda bookings don’t come with room selection options, and guests are simply given whatever is available.
On top of that, when I requested an invoice from both Agoda and the hotel, neither provided one. This is extremely frustrating, as there is no way to contact a real person for assistance. Once you book, Agoda completely ignores any issues.

I sent an email. But I couldn't get my invoice. They didn't care.
