Agoda Charged Me ₺3110.48 a Month Later Without Explanation
I booked a hotel through Agoda.com and stayed for one night, only to find unexpected charges on my card a month later for ₺3110.48. This is completely unacceptable. Agoda's lack of communication and transparency is alarming, leaving me without anyone to contact. There are no clear customer service numbers or ways to resolve this.
The hotel itself was far from satisfactory. Despite being far from the Kaaba, it was overpriced and didn’t even include breakfast, which I assumed was provided. The internet didn’t work, and the rooms were cramped and stuffy. Agoda failed to disclose these details beforehand.
If my money is not refunded promptly, I will consider this a serious breach of trust. I urge Agoda to resolve this issue immediately.
