Agoda Charged Me Twice for Hotel Reservation, Requesting Immediate Refund

I made a single hotel reservation through Agoda, and the stay has not yet occurred. However, when I checked my account today, I noticed that the same amount was charged again without my knowledge or consent.

This duplicate charge is highly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I did not authorize this second payment, and I demand an immediate refund of the extra amount taken from my card. Agoda needs to address this issue promptly.

I rely on platforms like Agoda for travel arrangements, but this experience has severely damaged my trust in their services. I urge Agoda to refund the duplicate charge as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
