I booked a hotel reservation through their app, but due to issues with the hotel itself, we were told we couldn't stay there. So, I immediately submitted a cancellation request and booked a different hotel for the same dates.
The problem is, when I tried to cancel one of the two overlapping reservations, I couldn't find anyone to actually speak with! It seems they don't even have a representative office in Türkiye. Their system just gives me a generic warning when I try to complain about the redirection.
Agoda.com, you need to provide real customer support and allow me to cancel my unwanted reservation! It's unacceptable to leave customers stranded when problems arise, especially with duplicate bookings. Process my cancellation and refund my money now!
