Agoda Charged Me for a Canceled Hotel Booking—No Customer Support Available

I booked a stay at Duck Hotel through Agoda for February 21-22. During payment, I encountered an error message stating that the payment did not go through. Since the transaction was unsuccessful, I used a different credit card to rebook the room and successfully completed the reservation. However, when I checked my account a few days later, I realized that Agoda still charged me for the canceled booking! I now have two charges for the same stay, even though one was never confirmed. To make matters worse, there is no Agoda customer support in Turkey, making it impossible to resolve this issue. I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. Agoda must fix this and provide better customer service!
