I had an Adobe subscription plan that I used until February, paying around ₺60 per month. Suddenly, the plan price increased to nearly ₺300, so I canceled my subscription. However, today I received a “payment failed” notification and realized that a new subscription had been started automatically — something I never authorized or agreed to.
Because there was no money in my card, this month’s payment wasn’t processed, but I found out that for the past three months, around ₺1,500 has already been withdrawn without my knowledge. If I hadn’t received the failed payment notice, I wouldn’t have even realized it.
Now, when I try to cancel the subscription, the system won’t let me proceed, saying that the cancellation can’t be completed until the payment is made. I don’t want to pay, I want to cancel — yet Adobe insists “you can’t cancel without paying.” This is unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized payments and a full cancellation of this unwanted subscription. Since this subscription was started without my consent, I will also file an official complaint and take legal action if necessary.
I’m updating this complaint because now the system is also saying that it’s an annual plan and that a cancellation fee will be charged. I demand that the subscription be canceled immediately and all payments refunded.
