Canceled Lightroom Subscription but Adobe Still Charged Me

I previously had a Lightroom plan with Adobe Systems, and I canceled this subscription in November 2025. Despite canceling, €18.60 was charged to my account in both December 2025 and January 2026. Before that, €9.83 had been charged for a long period of time. However, since I completed the cancellation in November, I believe the new and higher charges in December and January should definitely not have been processed.

The payments were taken through Banco Santander from my card ending in 4946. The charges appear on my statement under Adobe Systems Software, and I do not have any active subscription that I approved. I am currently also in contact with Adobe support regarding this same issue.

Even though I canceled my Lightroom subscription in November 2025, €18.60 was still charged in December 2025 and January 2026. I request a full refund of these amounts and the permanent cancellation of any subscription that may still appear under my name. I kindly ask that the cancellation and refund be processed as soon as possible and confirmed to me in writing.
