Adobe Photoshop Trial Charged Me $13 — Refund Still Not Returned

17

On November 7, I signed up for the 7-day trial of Adobe Photoshop using my Enpara debit card. Even though it was supposed to be a trial, $13 USD was withdrawn from my account and this amount has not been refunded. I previously signed up for a trial of Adobe InDesign in the same way, and the charge was refunded shortly afterward. However, this time with Photoshop, the same thing did not happen and the payment was not returned.

This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this. I expect Adobe to refund the $13 USD withdrawn from my account as soon as possible.
