I signed up for Canva’s 30-day free trial, which was clearly advertised as completely free. However, on September 26, 2025, a payment was withdrawn from my card despite it being a free trial. The amount was automatically refunded later the same day, without me taking any action.
Even though the charge was reversed, this experience has damaged my trust in the platform. I hope not to encounter such an issue again in the future. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so similar situations can be avoided for other users.
