I Was Charged by Adobe Photoshop After Canceling Trial on Apple Store
On July 22, 2025, I purchased the trial version of the Adobe Photoshop app through the App Store. Although I canceled my subscription before the trial period ended, I was still charged for the app. I submitted a refund request but received a negative response three times. Apple has not provided any solution or alternative regarding this issue. Not being able to get a refund for something that wasn’t my fault has put me in a difficult position. I expect this refund issue with the Adobe Photoshop app to be resolved as soon as possible and for my payment to be returned.
