Picsart Took Money During Free Trial, Refused to Refund After Cancellation

I subscribed to the Picsart app that I have been using for years for a 7-day free trial. Even though it clearly said "free trial," they took $12 from my card on the very same day, which felt like being tricked. It’s upsetting because I trusted this app for a long time and never expected something like this. They did not refund the money even though I canceled it on the same day. Their support has been completely unhelpful, and I feel like they’re just ignoring my request. I urgently request a refund!!!
