How to Cancel Unauthorized Adobe Subscription and Get Refund
On October 13, 2025, an unauthorized charge of ₺550 was made to my credit card for an Adobe Standard service subscription. This transaction was made without my consent, and I did not start or approve any membership. The only Adobe account I use is registered under m********@gmail.com**, and I have no other accounts.
I attempted to contact Adobe customer service, but I was unable to find any active communication channel to reach them directly. After the charge appeared, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute regarding the unauthorized transaction.
I request a full refund of the unauthorized ₺550 payment and ask that this issue be resolved immediately.
