I bought a pair of Adidas shoes from In Street, and in just 2 months, a hole appeared in the sole—specifically where the Adidas logo is embossed. This is not normal wear and tear. The outsole is so thin, it was only a matter of time before it wore through. It’s unacceptable for a major brand like Adidas to release shoes this fragile.
I sent the shoes in for inspection, expecting the issue to be acknowledged as a manufacturing defect. Instead, I got a generic response saying it’s not a production-related issue. I completely disagree. We don’t walk on clouds—of course the outsole will experience impact, and it clearly wasn’t built to last even under light daily use.
I demand a re-evaluation and a proper resolution. Either refund the product or replace it with a model that can actually handle real-world use. At this price point (₺), customers should not be dealing with such poor quality and zero accountability.
