The right lace elastic of the Adidas shoes I bought from the In Street store in Venezia shopping mall broke 10 days after I received it. It was sent for inspection twice, but after both shipments, I was informed that no defect was found in the material and manufacturing of the product. As a result of my conversation with Adidas, I was informed that the product was sent to the In Street inspection center, not Adidas. Trusting the quality of the Adidas brand, I expected Adidas to stand behind the product I purchased. In the face of this situation that I experienced 10 days after I received the product, I am sad because I trust Adidas quality, I regret shopping from In Street, and I am surprised because my grievance has not been remedied. A shoe should not come to this state after being worn a maximum of 3 times in 10 days. I demand that Adidas and In Street stand behind the product they sell and that my grievance be remedied.
