Adidas Samba Heels Cracked in 5 Months – Warranty Claim Unfairly Rejected

I’ve been a loyal Adidas customer for years and have never had an issue with their shoes—until I bought the Sambas. I’ve only had them for five months, and now they’re in terrible condition. The heel area has cracked significantly, which shouldn’t happen in such a short time, especially with one of Adidas’s most expensive shoes. I sent them in for inspection, but they claimed it was “user error.”

If the sides had cracked, I could understand, but the heels breaking down in just five months? I expected better support and accountability from a well-established brand like Adidas. I saved up carefully for these, and now it feels like that money has gone to waste. If they don’t resolve this issue, I’ll seriously reconsider ever buying from Adidas again.
