My Adidas Outdoor Shoes Ripped After Just Three Wears
On October 3, 2023, the Adidas shoes we bought from Boyner tore open after only the third wear. I can't fathom how a pair of outdoor shoes, for which we paid ₺3250, could rip apart on the third use. Despite reaching out to Adidas, my complaint was rejected. If a product I paid so much for tears apart after just three wears, it raises serious questions about the quality of Adidas. It seems we are wearing subpar shoes despite spending a significant amount of money. My trust in the Adidas brand has been completely shattered. Having to pay ₺3250 and dispose of the shoes after just three wears is unacceptable. Moreover, this situation is even more disappointing as outdoor products are expected to withstand various challenges.
