On June 12, 2025, I bought a pair of Adidas Predator turf shoes from Canerkek Spor Giyim at Konya Kulesite, paying ₺6999.5. I trusted the product partly because the store staff praised its performance. Shockingly, during the very first match I played — on June 17 — the left shoe’s front sole tore apart within just 30 minutes of use.
I immediately returned to the store, and they sent the shoes in for inspection. After 16 days, I received a generic SMS stating that the damage was not due to a production fault but “user error or improper care.” The shoes were returned to me with no resolution, and I’m left holding a torn, barely used product.
I’ve been wearing turf shoes for years and have never seen one fall apart this quickly — especially not from a global brand like Adidas. This is unacceptable for a shoe that was marketed as premium and cost nearly ₺7000. It’s incredibly disappointing and shakes my trust in the brand’s quality.
I expect Adidas to replace the shoes, issue a full refund, or provide a fair solution that reflects basic customer satisfaction principles. This situation should not be ignored. My invoice number is Z022025000005345.
