Adidas Sold Me a Defective Shoe That Fell Apart in Months
On October 10, 2024, we purchased an original Adidas shoe for over ₺3000. Unfortunately, within just 6 to 7 months, the condition of the shoe has deteriorated significantly. The sides have burst open, and there are visible deformations inside. As seen in the photos, there are cracks and clear signs of wear. What’s more frustrating is that the shoe was only worn under normal, everyday conditions and not exposed to any extreme use. It's unacceptable for a product sold as "original" to end up in this state in such a short time. We even sent the product in for inspection, but our claim was rejected. We feel deeply wronged and are filing this complaint as dissatisfied customers.
