Refund Delayed on Online Adidas Purchase
Hello, I bought a pair of Adidas shoes online, but they didn't fit, so I returned them for a refund. They still haven't returned my money after almost a month. When I initially called, they said they had processed the refund, but my bank had not received any funds. When I contacted the bank, they confirmed that no such transaction had occurred. They appear to have taken my money and are not returning it. When I call, they keep telling me that the finance department is looking into it, but no solution is given. If they can't resolve it here, I'll have to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Commission (THH). At the very least, I'm hoping to speak with someone who speaks my language and can help me get my money back. The order number is ATR02259094.
