I placed an order through the Adidas app, but the experience turned into a frustrating mess. During checkout, the app gave an error message saying the first payment didn’t go through, so I tried again with a different card. That time, the payment was successful, and the order was confirmed.
However, when I checked my bank accounts, I saw that both cards were charged, and two separate orders were created. I immediately canceled the second order, but even though it’s been a while, the refund has still not been processed. I used a debit card, so this delay directly affects my balance, and I can’t afford to wait indefinitely.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried contacting Adidas customer service, but no one is responding—neither by phone nor email. For such a large and well-known brand, this level of customer care is unacceptable.
