Recurring Quality Issues With Adidas Shoes – Request for Resolution

In September 2024, I purchased a pair of white Adidas sneakers. Unfortunately, the shoes began to show significant wear and tear in less than a year, despite being used with care and under normal conditions. As a customer who takes proper care of their shoes, I find this level of deterioration in such a short time unacceptable. This is not the first issue I have experienced with Adidas footwear. A previous pair of black sneakers I purchased developed a tear on the side after only 8–9 months of use. Following an inspection, the issue was acknowledged and I was given a voucher for a replacement. I used that voucher toward a new pair, but had to pay an additional amount out of pocket to complete the purchase. Now, experiencing a similar issue again with the second pair is both disappointing and frustrating. It raises serious concerns about the consistency and durability of Adidas products. I am requesting a re-evaluation of the current product and an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through legal consumer rights channels in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer (Law No. 6502 in Türkiye). I trust that Adidas, as a globally recognized brand, will handle this matter in a solution-oriented and customer-focused manner. Thank you.
