I purchased an adidas UCL Club 23/24 Knockout Ball soccer ball from the seller Koray Spor through Amazon.com.tr. After using the ball for a short time, it started losing air from the valve, and because it constantly deflated, it became unusable.
I then contacted Koray Spor, and they told me to send the product to them using their contracted shipping service. They said they would forward the ball to Adidas, and that after inspection, the issue would be resolved either through repair or replacement. I sent the product to the company for inspection on March 4, 2025, and the shipment was delivered. My order number is 5413924.
The representative I spoke with, Ms. B* L***, stated that after the inspection, the ball would either be repaired or replaced with a new one. However, since March 4, 2025, I have been unable to contact the company again. I have received no updates, and neither a repaired product nor a replacement has been sent to me.
At this point, I am unable to benefit from either the product or the money I paid, and I have no information about what happened to the ball. I request clear information about the inspection process, that the ball be repaired or urgently replaced with a new one, and that this process be completed without any further delay.
