I recently purchased a pair of Adidas Forum Low CL TALC/SESAME/CLAY (8) shoes from the Adidas İstinye store on February 12, 2023. When I bought the product, it felt like they were slightly tight on the sides. The customer representative assured me that the shoes would loosen up over time if not excessively tightened. However, despite using them for a while, there was no improvement in the fit. I expressed my discomfort regarding this issue. Unfortunately, when I sent the shoes for examination twice, I received negative responses. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance provided by Adidas regarding this matter. The shoes did not live up to my expectations, and it has been frustrating to deal with unhelpful customer service. I kindly request your support in resolving this issue.
