I purchased an Adidas Messi Royal Blue short (model JY9552) from the Adidas Turkey website on 30.11.2025 with the order number ATR90733418, for a total of ₺1,315.50. I returned the product with a request to change the size, and according to the tracking information the return reached Adidas on 11.12.2025. However, despite this, the exchange process has still not been finalized and the product in the correct size has not been sent to me. During this period, I contacted Adidas customer service both by phone and by e-mail, but I was not given any clear information or a reason for the delay, and no concrete step was taken to ship the replacement product. I am waiting for the exchange to be completed, yet there has been no progress for a considerable time. I kindly request that my exchange process be completed urgently and that the Messi Royal Blue short in the correct size be shipped to my address in Aydın without any further delay.
