adidas Out-of-Stock Items and Customer Disregard

I went through the Adidas website and placed an order for a football jersey from the previous year. It showed that there was stock available, and I was even able to complete the purchase by paying in installments. Nevertheless, after a fortnight had passed, I was notified that the item was no longer available for purchase and that there was a problem with the inventory. I voiced my displeasure and asked what would become of the inconvenience we were experiencing, but they merely responded that there was nothing that could be done about it. As a supporter of Besiktas, I cannot in good conscience associate myself with a brand that behaves in such a manner. I have decided not to buy any more items from this brand from this point forward.
